This form is to be used by customers looking for an optional way to pay for an order. PLEASE NOTE: Personal checks are not one of the options, but if you want to send one we will hold it for 10 - 15 business days or until it clears.

To place an order:

A drop-down menu is provided for each item listed on the site: choose a selection for each item you want and select the quantity of the item you wish to purchase.
Enter Customer Name and Email Address; they are required for all orders.
Enter Shipping Information; your complete address is required.
Select a form of payment: money order, cashiers check or cash (send at your own risk).
Click the Submit Order button to send your order.
After your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 to 48 hours itemizing your order, shipping costs and total amount due. Upon receiving an email confirmation from us, we need to receive your payment within 5 (five) business days. If payment hasn't arrived in the time allotted, then the order is canceled. Note: If your order is canceled and we are not notified in time, you may become banned from future ordering.
