Limited Quantities
When stock runs low or a limited amount of items remain for a product, the "Limited Quantity" button takes the place of the "Add to Cart" button. These products may not be re-stocked, and therefore may be limited. You will be directed to use the "Order Form" page by clicking the "Limited Quantity" button to complete your order. It is our way of giving the first person to place an order for the limited product the chance to reserve it. (First come, first serve basis.) We will contact you after your order is placed to verify order fulfillment, and you will then have the option to pay for it either through Paypal or other payment options that are available. DO NOT send payment until you've been contacted by us.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payments are made through PayPal, which is our secure shopping cart. Please supply valid credit card, email and shipping information. If your card is declined, your order will be canceled immediately.
We also accept money orders and other forms of payment. These orders must be placed by clicking here to insure that we "reserve" the item(s) you request. After your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 to 48 hours itemizing your order, shipping costs and total amount due. Upon receiving an email confirmation from us, we need to receive your payment within 10 (ten) business days for International Customers and 5 (five) business days for Customers inside the U.S. If payment hasn't arrived in the time allotted, then the order is canceled. Note: If your order is canceled and we are not notified in time, you may become banned from future ordering.
Illinois Residents add 7.0% sales tax.

Information you provide when placing an order on the ToyBoxer.com website is used only to complete the order, ship the product and to confirm delivery. This information is not shared with third parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Email addresses are used only to confirm a transaction or to follow up on an order. This information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with outside parties.

Returns and Exchanges
All purchases are final. We check the product(s) out to the best of our ability without actually opening them and would never knowingly send out a bad item. Refunds will only be issued if the items themselves arrive damaged from the carrier or if the wrong item(s) is shipped. Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be returned and post marked within 5 (five) business days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned in the original unopened packaging with all contents unless otherwise advised. If you return an item you will be refunded the item's original cost or you will receive a replacement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. ToyBoxer.com has the right to refuse returns if there is any doubt to the validity of the customer's claim. ToyBoxer.com will not be held responsible for errors, defects, and missing items from the manufacturer. In an event you have a problem with your item we will help you to the best of our ability, on a case by case basis.
Please contact us before returning any item at service@toyboxer.com. Remember to include a note indicating that the merchandise is returned, the reasons and all your original order information (a copy of the receipt).

Shipping Information
Items ship within 24-48 hours upon clearance of your payment through Paypal. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and is ready to ship. All orders will be insured. Depending on your location, you should receive your order in 1 to 3 business days, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. International orders are handled separately and take 4 to 10 days to arrive. Our shipping rates are based on USPS rates. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for most orders. Please email us if you fall into this category. We will use USPS Parcel Post for all International orders including Alaska and Hawaii.
