We are introducing a new service that's sure to be a great feature for international customers as well as some of our United States customers. As collectors we have run into times when we can't locate hard-to-find toys and exclusives that are sold at retail stores. We thought it would be a great idea to help our friends overseas, and anywhere else, locate these items at reasonable rates. We have an easy-to-use system that is described below and just may be what you're looking for.
The form below is to be used by International Customers as well as Other Customers looking for hard-to-find and exclusive-type toys available at retail stores such as: ToysRUs, Target, Wal-Mart, Kaybee, KMart, Musicland, Sam Goody and Suncoast Video.
How the process works:
- You contact us by filling out and submitting our form below. Please give us as much information as possible to help locate your item(s), including the complete name and what store(s) carries the item(s). You will have 48 hours in which you can send an email to cancel the order. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact order@toyboxer.com.
- We search for what you want located. It may take us up to a week to locate the item(s). We may not find the item(s) you want, but we will try our hardest to locate it.
- If the item(s) is located we will contact you and confirm that we DID find what you wanted and send you a bill that contains information on where to send payment including the total price of the item(s), shipping and finders fee. Keep in mind at this stage we have located the item(s) and it's a good idea to make payment and NOT cancel your order for this service to be successful. Avoid being banned from future orders by canceling too late.
- If we did NOT find what you are looking for, you will also be contacted. We will ask if you still would like us to give it one more shot before canceling the process. There is no charge if we don't find the item(s).

Fees for the Toy Locator service:
These fees ONLY include the total price of the item(s) when figuring the toy locator fee. Shipping is an extra fee in addition to the item(s) price and the toy locating fee. Minimum item price is $10.00.
